I think connecting with what is really important to us can help us make decisions about what to keep and what not to keep.

No matter how productive and effective you are, you can't do everything.  You need to be selective in deciding how to use your time and energy.

I make personal re-organization and a look at my values a regular event to prevent myself from becoming overloaded.
